YouthBASE is actively seeking volunteers who value children and model kindness. We are currently seeking new volunteers at our Judson location.

What: Childcare is provided so mothers can attend and fully engage with the Café de Madres program. We try to offer engaging activities for the preschool children including reading, puzzles, games, art activities. Volunteers will play and read with children.
When: Tuesdays, 9 – 11am

What: The YouthBASE Board of Directors is responsible for guiding and supporting the organization’s mission. Board members provide strategic oversight, ensure financial accountability, and actively participate in fundraising efforts.
They set policies, evaluate program effectiveness, and support the Executive Director in implementing YouthBASE’s goals. As ambassadors for the organization, board members also cultivate community partnerships and resources to help YouthBASE expand its impact and reach.
When: One meeting every other month.

What: Provide, deliver, and serve dinner to our families during Family Night. This can be a one-time service opportunity or ongoing.
When: 5:30-7pm, typically the last Thursday of the month from September through May.
